We are Paul and Coby Drage, a husband and wife team, both with experience of working with young people and between us worked for the Youth Offending Service in West Sussex for around ten years. During our time there we developed our Trait Cards and enjoyed using them with the young people with whom we worked, as did our colleagues.
We have since relocated to Cumbria and are hoping to build upon the success we have had with our Trait Cards and to continue to develop innovative and versatile resource packs.
